Bourbon Allocation Policy

Allocation Products are assigned to us by the North Carolina ABC Commission and are usually delivered once a month to the Wayne County ABC System.

1. They are checked into our warehouse and remain there until released to a store within our county.

2. The allocation can be delivered to a store, but still not be released. If you do not see it on the shelf, it has not been released for sale. Our Managers and Clerks will not put it out until they receive the paperwork to release it. We do not do lotteries or drawings. When put out it will be sold till gone. There will be no more Easter Egg Hiding.

3. We want all our customers to have a fair attempt to get the product, so there is only one allocation product to a person at the time it arrives for sale. So, if there are numerous products you can only purchase one and usually that is posted by the product.

4. Our Managers and Clerks are not allowed to hold allocated products for anyone and if so, will be in violation of our company policy. They are allowed to purchase just like any customer, and it must be done by our company policy.

5. Do not be rude, cuss, be abusive or try to remove product from the boxes before we can get it on the shelf. If you do you will not be able to purchase an allocation product and will be asked to leave the store. No trading or reselling allocation products on Wayne County ABC property. It is unlawful to sell without proper ABC permits, G.S. 18B-304.

6. No pictures or videos are to be made of allocation products or inside of stores. If determined, you did so you could be asked to leave the store.

Please adhere to the rules so it can be fair for all in Wayne County, and everyone gets a little piece of the pie. We are getting more allocations in Wayne County at present, please do not cause that to be stopped. Thanks- Management
